What Happens During a Full Groom
Every session is personalised, but a Full Groom typically includes:
- Gentle brushing and safe de-matting (never forced)
- Bath with a mild, dog-friendly shampoo
- Careful drying adapted to your dog’s tolerance level
- Nail trimming
- Ear cleaning
- Sanitary hygiene trimming
- Coat trimming or haircut according to owner preference
- Styling following the breed standard when requested
Throughout the session we use positive reinforcement, praise, calm voice and, when appropriate, treats.
Your dog is encouraged, not restrained.
We reward cooperation with “good boy”, patience and trust-building handling so grooming becomes a familiar and safe experience.
Our Philosophy
